Bachelors degree in Engineering /MBA from tier 1/2 colleges
3-5 years Experience in B2B business development role
Identify target OEM clients, set up meeting and to pitch service offerings
Develop a strong pipeline of OEM/EPC customers operating in capital goods industries
Build a long-term partnership with clients to achieve business success
Manage customers from the acquisition till retention stage to get repeated orders
Coordinate with internal team for easy transaction/closure of projects
Prepare customer acquisition plans, set sales revenue target and achieve them
communicating with customers regularly to understand customer concerns, resolve them, and communicate the status of WIP orders
